ABOUT WILSON'S RESTAURANT

Wilson's is one of a kind old-fashioned ice cream parlor located in the historic Village of Ephraim. Wilson's Restaurant has a tradition stretching back to 1906 of being the place where young and old gather for an ice cream cone, ice cream specialties or great food.

Wilson's is a seasonal restaurant and is open from mid-May through mid-October. We employ approximately 60 people over the course of the season. Most of them work from mid-May through Labor Day. Over two-thirds of our people return each year, so we selectively recruit to fill the open positions. The staff consists primarily of students from the midwest.

ABOUT THE JOBS AT WILSON'S

The job description includes working as a wait person and at the ice cream fountain, dishwasher, busser, or as a fast order cook. No experience is necessary as our systems are easy to learn. We have a training program, plus returning veterans make it simple. We do have some rooms available for those who require housing.
